KONVERSI DATA IMAGE KE FORMAT BINARY DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN BAHASA PEMPROGRAMAN VISUAL BASIC 6.0 DAN DATABASE SQL SERVER 2000

Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkonversi data Image ( JPG, GIF,BMP) yang akan dikonversi dalam bentuk data format binary. Dimana dalam penelitiian ini nantinya ada dua modul program ( dalam bentuk modul OCX ) yaitu : (1) Binary to Pict (2) Pict to Binary.
Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengunakan sampling file gambar berekstensi JPG,GIF dan BMP dengan file size yang beragam dan mengunakan bahasa pemprograman visual basic 6.0 dan hasil konversi disimpan dalam database SQL Server 2000.
Hasil penelitian untuk keseluruhan sampling data image yang telah dikonversi ke format binary ternyata mempunyai panjang digit yang sama.
