Jurnal Ilmiah Teknologi Informasi Asia is a fully open-access journal committed to disseminating high-quality research. To support the operational costs of comprehensive peer review, professional copyediting, server hosting, DOI registration, and long-term digital archiving, we levy an Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts accepted for publication.

1. Payment Policy Overview

• No Submission Fee: There is absolutely no charge to submit a manuscript for review.
• Payment Upon Acceptance: The APC is only payable after the manuscript has gone through peer review and has been editorially accepted for publication.
• Currency: Fees are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

 

2. Standard Publication Fees (Regular Track)

For all manuscripts submitted on or after January 1, 2026, the APC is determined strictly by the country of affiliation listed for each author in the final manuscript.

2.1. Domestic Authors

• Definition: All authors have an affiliation address located physically in Indonesia. (This includes Indonesian branches of multinational corporations, NGOs, or foreign universities based in Indonesia).
• APC Rate: IDR 850,000

2.2. International Collaboration

• Definition: The author team includes at least one author whose affiliation address is physically located outside of Indonesia (e.g., Malaysia, Japan, UK).
• APC Rate: IDR 500,000

2.3. International Authors

• Definition: All authors have affiliation addresses physically located outside of Indonesia.
• APC Rate: Free (100% Waiver)

 

3. Payment Methods

Pay PAC only after acceptance or after receiving the Letter of Acceptance (LoA).
