The journal aims to publish high-quality, impactful research that covers theoretical, empirical, and practical aspects, fostering the exchange of ideas and highlighting IT's transformative role in Asia and globally. Its scope encompasses a wide range of topics within these disciplines, from theoretical foundations and software engineering to artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data science, computer architecture, networking, and various aspects of information systems.

It is published bi-annually, appearing twice a year to disseminate the latest advancements promptly. All submissions undergo a single-blind peer-review process, where the reviewers know the authors' identities, but the authors do not know the reviewers' identities, facilitating constructive feedback and impartial evaluation.
